# kaitoinn (海灯庵)

kaitoinn (海灯庵) is a group of whole-house private vacation rentals in Japan, operated by ソルシア株式会社. Every property is a private, whole-house rental — you have the entire building to yourself, with no other guests. The group operates in three regions: Onna Village in Okinawa, Naruko Onsen in Miyagi, and Hayama / Sajima in Kanagawa. Booking directly (rather than through a third party) is the best value.

海灯庵は、沖縄・恩納村、宮城・鳴子温泉郷、神奈川・南葉山（佐島）に展開する一棟貸し切りのプライベート宿泊施設グループです（運営：ソルシア株式会社）。各施設はすべて一棟貸し切りで、ほかの宿泊客を気にせずお過ごしいただけます。直接予約が最もお得です。

## Machi no Tana (まちのたな)

Machi no Tana (まちのたな) is a small unstaffed community-shelf shop ("one-box shelf" style) located in a corner of the 楓 Kaede property, right next to the Naruko Onsen bus stop. Local residents each stock a shelf box with items such as kokeshi dolls, lacquerware, produce from local farms, and everyday tools — a place where travelers can encounter the town while waiting for the bus. Pre-opens on 2026-08-04. Opening hours and payment details will be announced.

まちのたなは、鳴子温泉バス停のすぐそば、「楓 Kaede」の一区画にある小さな無人の一箱棚ショップです。こけしや漆器、地元農園の品など、町の人がひとつずつ棚に並べた品と出会えます。2026年8月4日プレオープン。

## Policies

- All properties are whole-house private rentals (one group only, no shared space with other guests).
- Pets: not allowed.
- Smoking: all rooms are non-smoking; no smoking areas are provided.
- Check-in / Check-out: 15:00 / 10:00. Self check-in via an on-site key box.
- Payment: prepaid online only.
- Cancellation (for reservations made through the official site): from 14 days before — 50% of the accommodation fee; from 7 days before — 80%; the day before and the day of — 100%; no-show without notice — 100%.
