We are a group operating accommodations in destinations each with their own distinct charm — the main island of Okinawa, Sajima in Yokosuka, Kanagawa, and Naruko Onsen in the Tohoku region. Is the property rented as a whole house?
Yes. Every kaitoinn property is a whole-house private stay. You can relax with just your own group, without sharing the space with other guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service. You collect the key from a key box installed on-site. Detailed instructions are sent after your reservation.
Is it suitable for families with children? Are baby amenities available?
Yes. We provide baby goods so that families with young children can stay with complete peace of mind.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
All rooms are non-smoking, and there is no designated smoking area.
